National coverage with a local flavour

Authorized service centres in all major Canadian markets

InfoLaser is an authorized service center for five major manufacturers: HP, Xerox, Lexmark, Kyocera and Okidata.
Our technical services are carried out by experienced and certified technicians : we invest more than 6.5 % of our payroll in training. Each technician has received training for monochrome and colour laser printers, faxes, and multipurpose equipment and we offer standardized service levels across Canada.

Online service-call placement and tracking

Considerable amounts of money are invested in information technology. Our online service-call management system is known to be the best in the industry. All of our technicians have a complete history of all the equipment for each customer they visit, a complete parts inventory for all our branches throughout Canada, and technical manuals for all manufacturers for which we are authorized.

Preventive maintenance programs

Our service methodology is based on prevention. We significantly reduce service calls with our annual preventive maintenance program. Our response time is one of the best in the industry. However, our goal is to reduce and eliminate service calls altogether. We offer on-site preventive maintenance by a certified technician with a complete 20-point inspection.

Warranty services

We offer repair services under warranty for the following manufacturers: HP, Lexmark, Panasonic, Okidata, Xerox and Kyocera.

A Green Hue Our goal is to extend the life expectaancy of equipment in order to reduce unnecessary e-waste from entering our environment. For more than 12 years, InfoLaser has been picking up old printers and copiers across Canada, and it offers high-quality reconditioned printers.
